At Deep Blue Ventures, our aim is to ensure that when you finish your SDI Elite Open Water Diver Course with us, you will feel comfortable to dive with your buddy in most conditions, from a boat or shore, and know that you have been taught thoroughly and with nothing left out due to time restrictions or discount pricing.
It is in your best interest to ensure that you are enrolling in a course and with a facility that will take the time to teach you to dive safely, educate you in the proper use of all the equipment you will be using and ensure that you have someone to come back to after the course when you want to keep diving.
DBV caters for all aspects of diving from training, servicing, dive travel, technical diving, boat charters and much more. We do not want to have the most students, we strive to have the best trained students. As we take great pride in our training, we only employ the very best instructors who are both experienced and patient to guarentee your safety and ensure you exit the course full of confidence.

Minimum age 18, 12 through 17 with written parental consent
Students between the ages of 12 through 14 may obtain an SDI Junior Open Water Scuba Diver
Certification if the following conditions are met: junior students are to train and dive under the direct supervision of a parent, guardian, or active dive professional
When an SDI Junior Open Water Diver reaches the age of 15 , they may upgrade to an SDI Open Water Scuba Diver certification
Day #1- 9:00am to 4:00pm (Introduction, Theory Review, Gear fit-out and Assembly)
Day #2- 8:00am to 5:00pm (Pool session, OW Dives 1)
Day #3- 9:00am to 5:00pm (OW Dives 2 and 3)
Day #4- 9:00am to 5:00pm (OW Dives 4 and 5)
