TDI Advanced Nitrox & Decompression Procedures Instructor

This course examines the theory, methods and procedures of planned stage decompression diving. This program is designed may be taught in conjunction with TDI Advanced Nitrox Instructor Course. The objective of this course is to train instructors how to plan and conduct a s
tandard decompression procedures course not to exceed a maximum depth of 45 metres. The most common equipment requirements, equipment set-ups, decompression techniques and decompression mixtures are covered. Students are permitted to utilize enriched air nitrox (EAN) mixes or oxygen for decompression provided the gas mix is within their current certification level.

Pre-requisites:

Minimum age 18
Be certified as a TDI Nitrox Instructor or higher TDI Instructor
Minimum certification of TDI Advanced Nitrox & Deco Procedures diver or equivalent
Provide proof  of 150 logged dives
Have certified 10 students in SDI Deep Diver and 10 students in entry level nitrox

Schedule:

This course must be combined with and actual TDI Adv Nitrox / Deco Procedures Diver Course
Day #1- 9:00am to 5:00pm (Theory, Gear Config &  Dive 1)
Day #2- 9:00am to 5:00pm (Deco Theory & Dives 2 & 3)
Day #3- 9:00am to 5:00pm (Dives 4 & 5)
Day #4- 9:00am to 5:00pm (Dive 6)
