This is the second level certification course for divers wishing to utilize a closed circuit rebreather (CCR) for air diving. The objective of the course is to train divers in the benefits, hazards and proper procedures for diving a CCR and to develop basic CCR diving skills to a maximum depth
of 45 metres using an air diluent for formal decompression diving.
Minimum age 18
TDI Advanced Nitrox & Decompression Procedures or equivalent
Provide proof of a minimum of 50 logged dives
or
Minimum age 18
TDI Air Diluent CCR Diver Unit Specific certified or equivalent
30 hours on the CCR unit
Six months CCR diving experience
Day #1 - Introduction, Theory, Equipment assembly & critique, Confined Water Session
Day #2 - Dive 1, Dive 2
Day #3 - Dive 3, Dive 4
Day #4 - Dive 5, Dive 6
Day #5 - Dive 7, Theory Exam
